PLACING ORDERS 

All orders have to be placed ONLY on our official website and App.

Once orders placed cannot be CANCELLED .

DELIVERY CHARGES

Orders below Rs 999/- will have delivery charge minimum MANDATORY Rs 99/-

DELIVERY SLOTS

All deliveries will be given as per chosen time slot at the time of placing order , however in case of CHANGE  in delivery time we will inform minimum one hour prior .

MODIFIED ORDERS 

In case of unavailability of any item or items ordered which cannot be delivered . The management holds the rights to MODIFY such orders , minimum one hour prior intimation via call or mobile message will be given.

PAYMENTS UPON RECEIVING ORDER 

All payments as per invoice or digital invoice ONLY have to be made at the time of delivery by CASH or UPI mode only.

Failure to make complete total payment of the order at the time of delivery and WRONG UPI payments  will result to refund of ordered items on the spot.

DOOR STEP DELIVERY 

The above service is ONLY given in society / buildings / condos where delivery boy is allowed inside the premises or else at the main gate .

If orders are not received at the time of delivery by the client, B&T then holds the right to seek LEGAL compensation plus damages caused in such an event .

PROMOTIONAL / COMPLEMENTARY GIFTS 

Babayee and Tutti has ongoing promotional activities in which COMPLEMENTARY food gifts are given out with eligible orders .

Management holds all rights to withdraw such promotional activities and COMPLEMENTARY gifts without prior intimation .
